In order to bring Bud’s more in line with our Shak Restaurants ethos, we have become the ‘Buds Bayshak’.
There are some subtle changes making it more casual [as befitting a dodgy spot in the docks!] with a slightly shorter A’ la Carte menu, but more specials.
Coffee is still a No No, the long lazy lunch concept is growing with a number of new menus, and the emphasis is very much on functions and parties.
We are also featuring :

We have launched our ‘Shebeen parties’ and ’Street parties’ with a number of new themed menus that you can enjoy on the patio or ‘in the car park’!
The eclectic decor with beer crate seats [and couches], and ’Drinking done Different’ - beers in quarts, served in a wheelbarrow, and the infamous booze bucket [an extra large mug of African crystal that accomodates a double double!]
The menus are a mix of traditional Shisanyama or Mexican and Mocambican. All great themes for a party.
It’s great for Corporate functions if you want to leave the formality behind, overseas guests or 21st birthday parties.
The Shebeen parties in particular have become a hit and our new line of Mozam R&R’s has edged out Tequila as the favourite drink
